In the heart of Brooklyn, Thousands of miles away from Georgia there is an Authentic Georgian restaurant named after famous artist Pirosmani. The second you step foot into our restaurant you will be presented with hundreds of little elements that will spark memories of the homeland (Only if you are Georgian). For None Georgians it's unique totally uncommon environment that will make you curious to ask questions and understand what are the meanings behind those old photos or the strange looking objects.

It's been awhile since I've tried a new cuisine, so I was very excited to come to Pirosmani. I was lured by the dumplings (khinkali) and the melted cheese filled bread boat topped with a raw egg (acharuli), and they were both delicious. Another highlight was the lamb soup (chakapuli). It was so good, we ordered another one! The service was fine and the food came out in a timely manner.
Pirosmani is a really great Georgian restaurant, the wait time for food to be prepared and served is relatively short and it tastes amazing! If you enjoy spicy and hot foods, this restaurant is definitely for you! The Khachipuri is really yummy and delish, satsivi is prepared very well! The salads are yummy! =) It's a great place to have a banquet or a feast!
I went on a thursday night with 3 other friends and besides the large family party that was happening in the back of the restaurant and the group of three guys who kept taking cigarette breaks, we were the only table there. The waiter was super friendly and helpful, explaining every dish we asked questions about, and the food was awesome!
This place is absolutely amazing! Came here on a Sunday night with a group of 8 people. The waiters were very attentive and took care of our table. The prices are very affordable compared to other similar restaurants. Try their hinkali ( big juicy dumplings) , hachapuri ( cheese pie ) , lobio ( red beans with walnuts ) and kupati ( homemade pork sausages) . They also have live music on the weekends . Great place, the only downside is that they are cash only place.
The food is good the waiters are good, the place is nice and clean. The only thing I don't like the long period of time beet meals, like they bring everything els except hot appetizers potatoes with mushroom and fried liver, they bring it when you are full already and ready to go home. P.S I definitely will go there again.
